We want you to be delighted with every aspect of our service. However, should you choose to cancel your order the following simple terms apply.

• You may cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time within 30 days of signing up for our services by contacting us.

• You do not have to state a reason.

• Refunds normally occur within 7 days but may take longer depending on your method of payment.

• Please note that due to restrictions imposed by registration organisations, we cannot refund domain purchases. You may transfer the domain away from us by allowing 30 days from purchase of .UK domains and 60 days in the case of top level domains (TLD's) eg .COM, .BIZ etc. Rivergrid Hosting makes no charge for transfers out other than those imposed by registration authorities.

• We take our customer service obligations very seriously. If you are unhappy about any aspect of our service we would appreciate the opportunity to put it right. Any issues raised will be dealt with by a Director of the company. You can contact us here.
